Danny Iny – Founder & CEO

Danny Iny (@DannyIny) is the founder of Mirasee, host of the Business Reimagined podcast, best-selling author of multiple books including Engagement from Scratch!, The Audience Revolution, and Teach and Grow Rich, and creator of the acclaimed Audience Business Masterclass and Course Builder’s Laboratory training programs, which have together graduated over 4,000 value-driven online entrepreneurs.
All of this grew out of humble beginnings; he started out just like most online entrepreneurs, with an idea and message to share, and no idea how to do it. He made several wrong turns – which he calls “plot twists” in the Audience Revolution – before really understanding the Audience First paradigm, and how to apply it to online business.
And when he did, it was like lighting a match to a fuse. Back in 2011, he started Firepole Marketing with less than nothing; he had no traffic, no subscribers, no relationships with any influencers in the industry, and over a quarter million dollars in personal debt, left over from his last failed startup.
In just a few short years, he’s transformed Firepole Marketing into Mirasee, grown the business to multiple-seven figures in revenue and a team of almost 30 people spread all over the world (including his talented wife) on a mission to support very special global community of over forty thousand loyal and inspired entrepreneurs.
Danny has maintained a passionate commitment to learning and transparency, freely sharing lessons learned from great successes, major challenges, and even his personal life to support the online entrepreneurial community as a teacher, speaker, angel investor, and advisor to many of the top leaders in our industry, who have Danny on speed-dial when they need help with their business or strategy.
Lou D’Alo – Director of Education

As Director of Education at Mirasee, Lou D’Alo is focused on creating education, training and coaching programs that ensure the success of Mirasee students.
At Mirasee, Lou is reimagining education by flipping on it’s head the notion that an education company’s responsibility ends with providing information and leaving students on their own to create results.
Instead, the Mirasee Education Team is committed to providing the information, training, coaching and community necessary to ensure the success of every student who is ready, willing and open to turn their talents into income.
Lou is also founder of PowerUpCoaching.com, a coaching and training company that since 2003 been helping tens of thousands of entrepreneurial thought leaders and subject matter experts to create sustainable long term businesses based on their skills and knowledge, using direct response marketing and digital marketing strategies.
Drawing on an eclectic mix of decades of experience as software developer (a.k.a. Geek/Nerd), business manager, product developer, teacher, trainer, salesman, marketing executive, global business development, entrepreneur and monk (yes, that’s right: a monk) … Lou is passionate about helping Mirasee students build a successful business that allows them to use their talents and skills to create meaningful results for their clients, and financial rewards fulfillment and freedom for themselves.
Oleg Starko – Art of Offer Craft Specialist
Oleg Starko joined Mirasee in April 2015, following a brief (and ridiculously fun) stint as a frequent contributor to the Mirasee blog. As a coach, he helps our students craft a persuasive message that drives action.
If you were to sum up Oleg’s life so far in one sentence, it would go like this…
Born in a small town in Eastern Ukraine, Oleg learned a bunch of languages, got a useless Master’s degree in Political Science, traveled the world, and eventually relocated to Moscow (where he got married). That’s the short version.
Along the way, Oleg has stumbled into the activity he enjoys the most: connecting people with ideas they care about through copy. Since 2009, he’s been doing just that, writing for businesses large and small, primarily in the US and Canada.
Oleg’s other favorite activities include traveling and cooking. Tens of thousands of miles, as well as hundreds of omelettes and stews later, he is yet to master either. Still, travel and hearty home-cooked dishes are the only effective antidotes to Russian winter that Oleg knows of, so he keeps the trips, and the stews, coming.
For tips on how to make a mean gumbo, some quality time to geek out over landing page headlines, or a general friendly chat, feel free to drop Oleg an email! He doesn’t bite (unless it’s been properly seasoned, anyway).
